I'm hoping this will be a helpful resource for exchanging recipes that aren't full of all the usual highly-processed and nutritionally empty ingredients that tend to be pervasive in gluten-free cooking, and to provide support and information for people who are gluten-free and doing South Beach Diet, the low glycemic index diet, anti-inflammatory diet, and other approaches to healthy gluten-free eating. This may also be helpful to diabetics and folks with PCOS who are trying to eat a blood-sugar stabilizing diet. You don't have to be interested in weight loss to join, just in eating healthier and avoiding or reducing your consumption of processed, sugary foods.
